WEEKLY MEAL PREPARATION

Designed for households moving through full days — work, school, activities — and families who simply enjoy having nourishing food ready when they need it.

How does it work:

1. You book your Service.

2. I handle the planning and grocery shopping Groceries are purchased from your preferred store the same day to ensure freshness.

3. In‑home cooking session I arrive with my professional cookware, chef tools and necessary appliances. Everything is prepared fresh in your kitchen, using your stove and your oven. An efficient workflow keeps your space calm and organized.

4. Meals are portioned and labeled Each entrée you choose yields 4-6 portions. It goes into ready‑to‑use containers with clear labels and reheating instructions. All containers for your weekly meals are provided by A Chef And A Kitchen.

5. Your fridge is stocked and your kitchen is clean.‍ ‍When I leave, your meals are set for the week, your counters are clean, and dinner becomes one less thing to manage.

6. After my service is complete, I’ll send you a final invoice. It will include my service fee, grocery total and $10 pantry fee.
